Return&Exchange Policy

Ⅰ.How to make an application for return or exchange:
If you decide to apply for a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support Center(service@beluring.com) and provide the following information:

① Order number

② Email address

③ Product for return or exchange

④ Reason for return (please send relevant evidence such as pictures or videos for confirmation)

We will check the application and confirm the return details for you.

Ⅱ. Acceptable & Unacceptable Conditions:
1. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

2. Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and placed back into the original bag with all labels and tags attached.

4. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for non-quality problems.

5. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

6. The returns should be consistent with the products you request for a return or exchange.

Ⅲ. Return or Exchange Process:
① Contact us → ② Confirm return information → ③ Print return label → ④ Make shipment → ⑤ Provide logistics number → ⑥ Refund & exchange

(The steps marked in red need to be completed by the customer)

NOTE:

a. Returning shipping charges are non-refundable (we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery).

b. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Ⅳ、 Please note that the following situations do not belong to product quality issues:
A: There may be slight color differences between photos and real objects due to different lighting, the color difference of computer displays, or personal understanding of color.

B: The product details page provides the standard size chart for your reference. Due to manual measurement, it may be slightly different from your measurement results.

C: Some goods will fade or deform a little after washing due to the production process or fabric treatment. Those within the scope of quality inspection standards are normal and cannot be treated as quality issues; In addition, detergent or improper washing methods can also cause such situations. Please wash according to the instructions.

Ⅴ. Others:
1. The replacement is only limited to items of the same price, otherwise, the application for return and replacement cannot be approved.

2. After returning the products, please provide us with the correct delivery number, to avoid any delay in refund or exchange processing.

3. Refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
